1. What is the turnaround time?

On average, Classic account users receive the first concept or next revision in 1-2 business days. Premium users benefit from real-time communication and faster turnaround times, including same-day concept delivery when possible. The complexity of your request and/or the number of active requests currently in your queue may affect delivery times.

2. When we say "Unlimited" we mean,

There are no limits to your requests and revisions. Each revision will be treated as a new creative request and may affect the delivery timelines of other pending/active requests. Bare in mind that our designers are only human, and there are only so many hours in the day. As long as you are a subscriber, work continues. The Design Classic subscription gives you the dedicated care and attention of your project manager and one designer, though if you need more work done in a shorter time-frame or need it done faster, you can upgrade to the Design Premium subscription.

3. How do I make a design request?

If you have subscribed to a plan you can Make a Request within your account page. If you’re looking for a once-off design you can start a single design request here. Communication with our clients is done via Trello, Slack or Skype which integrates with email too. Your completed brief will be added to Trello project management system where you can review, monitor and approve each design task. If you’re using our Premium plan, you will be invited to Slack to be able to communicate in real-time with your project manager.

4. What are "Active Projects"?

These are the number of projects our design team is working on at any given time. This means that if your subscription allows for 1 Active Project, your assigned team will be working on 1 project in your queue-list at one time. If your require more volume at one time, you can upgrade your subscription plan from Classic to Premium.

Only “In Progress” projects are counted in the queue as “Active”. This means that once a design’s initial draft is sent for review, it is taken out of the queue and a new design is started.

Projects marked “Reviewing” are taken out of the active project list and stay in-active until the client provides feedback for changes or completion.

Revisions are NOT counted in the “Active” projects list, and they will not interrupt the creation of new projects. Revisions are done in the background while new projects are being made.

5. Is there a limit to what I can have designed?

This does not apply for single design requests (without a monthly subscription).

7. Who will the designs belong to?

You get 100% ownership of the designs the moment we deliver them to you. You can use these designs as you please.

8. What if I no longer require my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription with Adzept Creative Agency by contacting your account manager or with a simple email on support@adzeptcreatives.com with your registered email address. Cancelling will not be made difficult for you, the only question we ask is “What could we have done better to keep you?”

9. I didn’t use my account this month, can I get a refund for the month?

We only offer refunds during the initial trial period and under certain situations. Unfortunately we can’t refund due to inactivity.
